More laws, more government studies, more environemntal organizations saying how bad things are...yada yada yada bla bla bla... Meanwhile, old dumpsites are not being cleaned up. Carcinogenic chemicals from closed dumps continue to contaminate drinking water, causing cancers and other serious illnesses in communities across the country.
